Your purchase may come from all over the world. Because of this, items may depart from various locations and/or arrive to you in multiple packages. Delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times are listed for each product on the sale page, and can be found in your Order Update emails. On average it is expected that your item will arrive in about 2-3 weeks from the date of your purchase. Tracking & Notifications
We will send you email notifications with estimated delivery updates for each stage of every shipment in your order. Once it leaves shipping facility, you will receive an email that includes final tracking information. You can also check your item’s status on your Order History page or contacting us via email at email@example.com.
MyDearKitty can ship to any physical street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also now ship to Canada. We are expanding our shipping worldwide and will try to deliver your package wherever you live. We will ship your order and will provide tracking details whenever available.
MyDearKitty is currently obligated to collect sales tax in the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WYIf this fee applies, it will appear at checkout.
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a Return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
If your item arrives visibly damaged, please reject the shipment and contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see our return details for damaged items.
Some products may require assembly upon arrival. Assembly is not included in the sale or delivery service.
