This return policy covers most products listed on our website. Exclusions apply only to products where its specific return policy is listed in the details of a product page. Most items are either final sale or returnable for store credit only if item is not damaged. Because we sell handmade products, which makes each product one of a kind and unique, refunds or exchanges may not be available in most cases.
In case your purchase qualifies for a refund or exchange you must submit your request and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) before a refund or exchange can be processed. Please note that if you do not request an RMA and do not follow instructions outlined for issuing a refund or exchange we will not be able to assist with your request and thus unable to refund or exchange your purchase.
All refunds and/or replacement requests will be evaluated on a case by cases bases. Please contact us ahead of your purchase to inquire about details of refund for any specific item listed for purchase on our website or app.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product was delivered to you in good condition. If you wish to return a product that was delivered in good condition a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
All items must be returned in the original box with original packaging in tact in order to qualify for any refund.
Bundle purchases are not qualified for Refund or Exchanges. All items sold as part of a Bundle purchase are final.
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. We sell products as “Final Sale” to offer customers substantial discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request here within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a return label for free return shipping. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our warehouse, you will receive the store credit.
Returning Damaged Items: If you have received a damaged item, we may issue you a store credit or exchange the damaged item you purchased for similar item if such item is available. A substitute item can only be of the same category and collection and of equal value as the original purchase.
